Organization Settings

Organization Settings let you manage your team members, customize your profile, and adjust dashboard preferences like appearance and audio.

Accessing Settings

Settings are accessed through the user dropdown menu in the sidebar:

1. Click your profile icon/name at the bottom of the sidebar
2. Select the setting you want to change

Team Management

Organization Settings

Manage your organization and team members:

1. Click your profile in the sidebar
2. Select Organization Settings
3. The organization management panel opens

Inviting Members

To add new team members:

1. Open Organization Settings
2. Go to the Members section
3. Click Invite
4. Enter the email address
5. Select a role (Admin or Member)
6. Send the invitation

Invited users receive an email with a link to join your organization.

Member Roles

Removing Members

1. Open Organization Settings
2. Find the member in the list
3. Click the remove option
4. Confirm the removal

Switching Organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations:

1. Click the organization name in the sidebar
2. Select a different organization from the dropdown
3. The dashboard switches to that organization's content

Profile Settings

My Account

Manage your personal profile:

1. Click your profile in the sidebar
2. Select My Account
3. Update your profile information

Available settings:

• Profile picture
• Display name
• Email preferences
• Password and security

Appearance

Theme Selection

Choose your dashboard color scheme:

1. Click your profile in the sidebar
2. Hover over Appearance
3. Select an option:

Theme Editor

For advanced customization:

1. Access the Theme Editor from Appearance settings

2. Customize:

   • Colors - Primary, secondary, accent, and more
   • Typography - Font family selection
   • Other - Border radius, spacing, shadows

3. Features:

   • Live preview as you make changes
   • Undo/Redo history
   • Save custom themes
   • Import/Export CSS variables

Audio Settings

Background Music

Toggle ambient music in the dashboard:

1. Click your profile in the sidebar
2. Click Play Music to start
3. Click Stop Music to pause

Music plays on loop while you work in the dashboard.

Logging Out

To sign out:

1. Click your profile in the sidebar
2. Select Log Out
3. You'll be redirected to the login page

Your work is automatically saved before logging out.
